Bay County’s airport continues to withstand the effects of COVID-19, while inching toward completing its master plan to map out future development. According to information provided during a recent Airport Authority meeting, passenger traffic at Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) was down only about 20% for November compared to November of last year.
