Panama City, FL – June 8, 2022 – Destination Panama City is excited to announce the details for Salute to Freedom! Monday, July 4th will be  an incredible day of music, patriotism and fun to celebrate the birth of our Great Nation! This free family-friendly event is open to the public (limited VIP tickets available for purchase).

Schedule of activities includes:

2:00pm – Our Salute to Freedom Festival kicks off with vendors, food trucks, a DJ, bounce house, water activities, and lawn games at the Destination Panama City Visitor’s Center Bayside Stage at 101 W. Beach Drive. There is something for everyone!

3:00pm – Flip Flop Republic takes the stage as you continue to enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of freedom, with plenty to eat and plenty to peruse.

5:00pm – A delightful downtown Panama City parade will start at 8th Street heading south on Harrison Avenue, right (west) on 4th St., and ending at Oak Ave. The fun continues at the Destination Panama City Visitor’s Center Bayside Stage where Sons of Saints will be jammin’ with all your high energy favorites.

7:30pm – Headliner, Dozzi, a dynamic trio of Australian sisters, is unlike any other girl group on the country music scene. Having performed in Nashville at popular venues such as Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row and Blake Shelton’s Ole Red, the two-time People’s Choice Award winners are sure to light up the stage as we wait for fireworks to light up the sky.

9:30pm – Settle in on your picnic blanket or chairs on the Visitors Center #LovePC Lawn for the best view in town during our spectacular fireworks display sprawling across the beautiful St. Andrews Bay.
