July 4th Salute to Freedom Festival

The July 4th Salute Freedom festival returns to historic downtown Panama City and the shores of St. Andrews Bay on Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM. The community is invited to the Panama City Marina, located at 1 Harrison Avenue, for an afternoon of patriotic family fun, culminating in a spectacular fireworks display, to celebrate the 250 years since the founding of our great nation. This family-friendly event is free and open to the public.

Food and Refreshments: Relish the flavors of summer with an array of food vendors offering delectable treats and refreshing beverages.
Eclectic Vendors: Explore a delightful assortment of vendors showcasing artisanal crafts, unique jewelry, trendy clothing boutiques, and more.
Fireworks Display: The evening’s highlight will be a spectacular fireworks display commencing at 9:00 PM. Bring a picnic blanket or chairs to the Panama City Marina, where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking show illuminating the night sky over St. Andrews Bay.
What to Bring:
- Chairs and/or Blankets – Event seating is not provided.
- Sunscreen & Bug Spray.
- Cash – There will be ATMs on site.
- ID – Anyone planning to consume alcohol must show identification. ID Checks will take place at the Cash Bar.
What NOT to Bring:
- Tents
- Illegal substances, glass, weapons, knives, or firearms
- Fireworks and/or sparklers
- Pets – It’s too hot and our furry friends don’t enjoy fireworks.
