Destination Panama City offers facilities to rent at the Visitors Center for private businesses, individuals, or non-profits on a first come first served basis. Fees are based on hourly rates with a four-hour minimum, and will be quoted based upon the needs communicated in this request form.

Cancellation Policy(Required)

I understand that cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of a scheduled event will be assessed a $25 Cancellation Fee.

Certificate of Insurance Requirement(Required)

I understand that I am required to provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Destination Panama City as Additionally Insured, or I must purchase and furnish proof of coverage from a third-party event insurance provider (ex. www.theeventhelper.com). Cost of coverage varies based upon event type and size and the presence of alcohol.

Cleaning(Required)

I understand that all facility spaces must be returned to their original state including the configuration of tables and chairs and the garbage taken out. Failure to clean up after an event may result in a cleaning fee of $100 or more at Destination Panama City’s discretion.

Damages & Loss(Required)

I understand that I am responsible for any and all damages or loss to Destination Panama City property and/or equipment by myself and/or anyone in attendance at my event, and understand that damages or losses will be filed against my event insurance policy.
