PANAMA CITY — A 20-year tradition gets a glow-up this Friday as the annual “Lighting of the Park” in historic St. Andrews adds new displays and features. Oaks by the Bay Park, 2715 W. 10th St., will take on a spectacular seasonal shine at 6 p.m. on Nov. 27.
