PANAMA CITY — Destination Panama City will mark the grand opening of its new visitors center in downtown Panama City on Friday. The afternoon will include tours of the new facility at 101 W. Beach Drive from 3:30-5:30 p.m., live music by Rick Kilpatrick, free food and drinks and an official ribbon cutting ceremony at 4 p.m.
