PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WMBB) — A local woman known for her work in the community for feeding the homeless is starting a new tradition that will provide more than just a warm meal. For the last three years, Machell Akins has been feeding the homeless through her organization Project Feeding the Homeless and Hungry.
