Panama City Boat Launch to Reopen for Memorial Day Weekend
Panama City, FL – May 21, 2019 – Destination Panama City, along with city leaders, is pleased to announce the reopening of the public boat launch at the Panama City Marina. Please join Mayor Greg Brudnicki, commissioners and other special guests at the Marina for a ribbon cutting and ceremonial first boat launch to mark the occasion.
“The boat launch was severely damaged by Hurricane Michael and many organizations and city employees have come together to clean, repair and reopen the ramp just in time for the summer season,” says Jennifer Vigil, Destination Panama City president and CEO. “The Panama City Marina is a treasure to the community, so we are thrilled to see that the city is moving forward with repairs and the opening of the boat launch is great progress.”
