Panama City’s new Visitors Guide helps travelers navigate the local experience

Panama City, FL  – July 30, 2020 – The new Panama City Visitor’s Guide is now available online, and features unique travel ideas for exploring the local culture of Panama City. The 46-page magazine provides potential visitors with information and inspiration designed to make their next Panama City vacation a trip to remember.

“Panama City has a lot to offer travelers no matter what they’re seeking, from adventure to relaxation, and family activities to authentic dining experiences rich with the flavors of the northern shores of the Gulf of Mexico,” said Destination Panama City President & CEO Jennifer Vigil. “The 2020 Panama City Visitors Guide tells our story in a way that will inspire visitors for generations.”

The cover of the 2020 guide is a sneak peak of a mural painted by local artist Joyful Enriquez. It sets the stage for showcasing the creativity and soul of the city as it rebuilds after Hurricane Michael.  “After the hurricane, the Creators, Dreamers, and Doers were the rays of light we needed to keep going” Vigil said, “their kindness, compassion, and community spirit were unstoppable. The legacy they are leaving as part of the city’s renaissance is remarkable.”

Within the pages of the guide local characters provide personal tours sharing local stories and their take on what makes Panama City one of the world’s premiere destinations.
