The holiday season has officially set sail in Panama City, Florida and Destination Panama City is thrilled to announce the much-anticipated Boat Parade of Lights! Once again, we’re teaming up with the City of Panama City to illuminate the waters of St. Andrews Bay during this cherished community tradition. The boat parade will feature a dazzling display of Christmas lights and decorations, transforming St. Andrews Bay into a magical winter wonderland.

The 39th Annual Boat Parade of Lights on Saturday, December 13, 2025 will feature an exciting new element this year. In partnership with Bay Arts Alliance, and with the generous support of Will Cramer with Bill Cramer Automotive, Inc., Destination Panama City has announced the addition of a drone show, which will bring the sparkle of this beloved holiday event to the skies above St. Andrews Bay as well as its waters.

Drone Show Details:

• Date: Saturday, December 13, 2025
• Time: 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM
• Where To Watch: The drone show will perform in front of the west side of the Panama City Marina T-dock in Downtown Panama City. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early and bring their own chairs.

Parade Details:

• Date: Saturday, December 13, 2025
• Time: 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM
• Route: Beginning at St. Andrews Bay Yacht Club, the parade will travel westward along the shoreline of beautiful St. Andrews Bay, floating past Historic Downtown Panama City, the Panama City Marina, West Beach Drive, the St. Andrews Marina, Historic St. Andrews, Sun Harbor Marina, and ending at the Hathaway Bridge.

Be part of the maritime merriment! Whether you’re a captain eager to showcase your creativity or an enthusiastic onlooker, there’s a place for you at this unforgettable event. Spectators can watch the boats light up the bay from the shorelines, the Panama City Marina, the St. Andrews Marina, or elevate their viewing experience at some of Panama City’s waterfront bars and restaurants. Captains will have a chance to win a prize for the best decorated boat, voted on by the public.
